ANNUAL FEE: Based on fair market value of trust assets
- 0.60% of the first $1,000,000
- 0.50% of the next $1,000,001 – $2,000,000
- 0.35% of the next $2,000,001 – $5,000,000
- Negotiable over $5,000,000
- Minimum Fee: $3,000
Trust Settlements – Outright Distribution
