Keith is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and growth. He works with Premier’s broad range of clients, including High-Net-Worth Individuals, attorneys, wealth management firms, and independent financial advisors to provide dependable, responsive, and tailored trust service solutions to meet their needs.
Prior to joining Premier Trust in June 2023, Keith served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Premier’s parent company, Osaic, Inc. Previously, Keith was Managing Director for Eero Capital, LLC leading a Private Equity rollup strategy.
Education: Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Valparaiso University, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Eron has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Premier Trust, she owned and operated an independent RIA firm.
Education: Eron has a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Mark co-founded Premier Trust in 2001. He has been the Company’s president and CEO since inception and now serves as Chairman. Mark has forty-five plus years in the trust industry and currently employs a staff of over fifty. Mark has been and is currently involved with the Las Vegas and greater Nevada professional and local communities. He is on the PBS Planned Giving Board and is a speaker at live seminars in northern and southern Nevada educating the public on trusts and estates.
Education: Mark received a B.A. in Economics from Potsdam State College of New York and holds a certificate from the Trust Division of Pacific Coast Banking School.
